Instructions
  1. Make flax or chia egg and put in the fridge to set.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet, including flax or chia egg, in another. Combine together and add frozen blueberries.
  3. Scoop into a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
